Using DNA like many other cases are solved now days? Totally out of the question. Heck they can’t even find anything in their storage in the first place! Even go as far as lame excuses why such things as Jill’s bike cannot be used for tracing any type of evidence or reevaluated with new forensic technology. Sorry folks! We either lost or missed place that years ago.
