This 58-year-old man is still alive. You know there have been other victims who have yet to be identified. It is the seventh case in which the State of Virginia has teamed up with Othram.
No one affiliated with my brother’s murder investigation has had the decency to explain to us if they have consulted with Othram or the basis of rejection of the OCCK case as amenable to further testing by Othram or any other third party lab. These cowards lack basic human decency. They won’t respond to obvious and legitimate questions in a case so cold most in Oakland County today probably haven’t even heard of it. Their failed investigation is the very basis for their failure to account for where the case stands today.
The MSP, the state lab and the Oakland County Prosecutor’s office owe us, the other families and the public a full accounting for the evidentiary issues and failures in the OCCK case. And that’s just for starters.
