#4, my brother’s case, last page of lab reports handed over in response to FOIA request. Who knows what was omitted as “exempt,” because the courts in Oakland County won’t look at this shit.

So don’t cry to me about releasing info if these guys couldn’t/wouldn’t get the job done in almost four decades. This information, and much more, would be released under FOIA laws in cases five years old in any county other than Oakland County, MI. Pathetic.
