Update, 9-30-24: A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of two employees of the Goldfish Swim School in Rochester–this freak DOCTOR used a camera to get images of two young women who were changing so they could teach swim lessons. His KIDS took lessons there.

UPDATE: Rochester Hills Judge Nancy Carniak imposed a gag order on October 14, 2024, in one of the cases against Dr. Oumair Aejaz, in response to a motion filed by one of Michigan’s defense attorneys for criminal hall-of-famers, Mariell Lehman (see also, Smith, Shannon). The gag order bars the sheriff and prosecutor’s offices from making any public statements about Aejaz or the allegations against him. They can only make statements as necessary to protect the public, and those statements cannot include details or comments.

Protect his Constitutional rights every step of the way. Save the county from any viable appeals by this man and let him keep money available for his civil judgments instead of lining Lehman’s pockets for the next few years.
