Looking at that brings back those same emotions even after 50 years. I have to admit, I was pissed off with the People article posted yesterday. Some lazy writer combed through archives, said, “This looks like it could hit a chord” and rehashed some of the same old shit. The real story is the travesty of the Michigan law enforcement, Oakland County Old Boy network and the lack of tenacity to address it by at least one intrepid, investigator with ethics before all else. It’s a whole lot easier to sensationalize the lore, belch it up, and move on.
