What the Hell is the Deal with the Oakland County Child Killer Investigation?
David Metzger would, decades later, after all of this sh*t hit the fan, submit an affidavit stating that the ropes did not have blood on them because if they did, he would have tested them. Oh. We don’t expect you to see into the future almost 40 years to know that some day this kind of evidence would yield skin cells and thus DNA, but it would have been great if the MSP had actually retained these ropes–long, long gone–“in the event future comparison with other possible uses becomes necessary.”
