Even the Wichita Police were wise enough to hold on to evidence in the hope that someday it could be used to convinct Dennis Rader, The BTK serial killer. It did, samples from 1974!!! The LE for the OCCK is akin to the Keystone Cops. On a side note, Dennis Rader’s entire family was blind sided by the truth. His daughter lives in the Detroit Metro area and has a book coming out in January detailing her story.
M-Vac- is there any evidence which could possibly be tested? OR has it vanished “in a flood”, or whatever the hell else these sorry sacks have told the victims families and the public?
