Thanks to a reader, who said “Hopefully they have used Othram in your case and didn’t destroy (intentionally or negligently) the evidence.” No, they have not used Othram and are showing no signs of even trying. Investigators seem content with their state lab results on whatever they tested. Maybe because there is nothing they have developed that is amenable to forensic genetic genealogy. Why do you think agencies across the country have used Othram?!
