    1. I cannot agree more. If this guy had done all this in Michigan he would have gotten 600 minutes (not months) of probation (not prison) And that would have been waived if he had a relative/friend in law enforcement or a high level executive in business.

      It is still only 5 months per victim. However, Ohio seemed to have put a hard stop to any future victims from this guy.

      Note to Oakland County: See how it is supposed to be done? See the good that could have been done in 1976 and 1977. I know, none of those people are there anymore. Well, maybe just a few.

  1. In Michigan , offenders get into more trouble for watching child porn, compared to actual contact with a minor. Still, the sentence for CSC with an actual minor may be counseling and probation. May be a drug test thrown in for good measure.
