Pedophile school teacher Gerald Richards would be the only person to “pay” for the crimes committed against children at N. Fox Island in the mid-seventies. Frank Shelden had many enablers. He fled justice, continuing to rape boys in other locations around the world. His attorney from Birmingham, L. Bennett Young, was an enabler. I’m sure the heavy-hitters on his client list called in every favor to make sure nobody in Michigan or at the FBI ever took a close look at what would become a blueprint for animals like Jeffrey Epstein.
