Has anyone ever filed a FOIA request for the affidavit and transcripts of Bob Moore’s criminal cases? I keep hitting dead ends whenever I try to research him and his cases

Bob Moore was never brought to trial. He died in 1996, before he was connected to the OCCK. His cohorts (Ted Lamborgine, Richard Lawson, Arch Sloan, etc.) criminal trials were in the early to mid 2000’s.
I consider Bobby Moore the number 2 cog in the OCCK gang, right below Frank Shelden.
His corpse was found eaten up by his pit bulls at his building known as the “mansion”.
Corey Williams called that “justice served”.
Justice would have been better served if he was still alive when that went down.
