I will be keeping an eye on the federal lawsuit filed by the father and the convicted pedophile step “grandpa” in this case in Michigan against the mother and Michigan law enforcement (in their individual capacities to get past immunity) who actually did their jobs. It is vindictive lawfare and I suspect a federal judge will see through it. But it is Michigan . . .
