Still no update on Berkley High graduate Timothy Patrick Higle, a former Metro Detroit teacher who was the subject of an FBI investigation due to “serious allegations” involving minors.
It appears he is now a defendant in federal court, after fleeing to Illinois. That’s never a good look. Better get a civil attorney, too, pal. Sounds like there are numerous underage girls who have been victimized. Time’s up.

A former St. Clair County substitute teacher accused of targeting teenage girls for more than a decade has been sentenced to 40 years in federal prison.
Timothy Higle, 34, of Clawson, was sentenced this week after pleading guilty in April 2026 to sexual exploitation of minors and receipt of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan.
