A former Georgia Police Academy instructor was sentenced to 20 years without parole after pleading guilty to child molestation, sexual battery, and grooming a minor for a sexual offense.
According to the indictment, Samuel “Ray” Ham was accused of touching a girl who was under the age of 16 in an inappropriate and sexual manner. As an instructor at the Georgia Police Academy, he taught advanced and specialized training for certified law enforcement officers in Georgia. Only the best.
