Here is an interesting perspective on the Epstein files from a victim’s rights attorney who has long represented more than 200 survivors of Epstein’s sex abuse and trafficking.

A press conference with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell survivors and lawmakers is scheduled for September 3, 2025 at 10:30 am ET on Capitol Hill. The purpose is to demand the full release of all unclassified Epstein files held by the Department of Justice. Some survivors will be speaking publicly for the first time.
In July and August, survivors expressed outrage over this Justice Department’s handling of the case, including interviews with Ghislaine Maxwell and the consideration of pardons. House members departed early for summer break, avoiding a vote on addressing/releasing the Epstein files. They are supposedly back in the saddle this week, ready to work on whatever it is they do these days.
In the meantime, Maxwell had a fireside prison chat with this president’s former personal attorney (now #2 at DOJ) before being moved to a literal Club Fed prison camp in Texas (where Maxwell has relatives). Remember what DOJ announced on June 28, 2022, when this felon was sentenced to 20 years after being convicted for her participation in child trafficking and creating a network of underage victims for Epstein to sexually exploit. “In some instances, MAXWELL participated in the sexual abuse of minor victims.” This is who recently got sent to Club Fed:
The Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld her conviction and found her sentence to be “procedurally reasonable.” She has, of course, appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court has not yet ruled on her petition and may not even hear the appeal. If she gets sent packing or if her appeal is accepted by the court but it rules against her, expect Maxwell, her family and her attorney to escalate requests for a presidential pardon or a commutation. That’s the goal and it has been all along now that her old pal is again in the White House.
Perhaps an actual pardon or commutation will have to happen after things “settle down,” or after the midterms. Ask yourself if you would be ok with Ted Lamborgine or Arch Sloan getting moved to a Club Fed like Maxwell was. I didn’t think so.
Maxwell was convicted after a month-long jury trial. The Second Circuit denied her appeal. Somebody close to Maxwell reveals that “enigma” card from Epstein’s 50th “birthday book,” the #2 at DOJ races to Florida to chat with her and she is quickly moved to cushy prison camp, where no convicted child predator should ever be placed. And we are expected to believe her most recent lies and this attempt to rewrite the jury’s verdict in her case.
That is the world we live in now.
