Ghislaine Maxwell’s petition for a writ of certiorari was denied today by the United States Supreme Court. The Court will not hear her arguments on appeal from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The denial leaves her conviction for sex trafficking and 20-year prison sentence in place.
The Supreme Court will grant review and hear oral arguments in an appeal if four of the nine justices vote to do so. The vast number of petitions are rejected and most, like this one, are dismissed without comment or dissent.
The denial also minimizes the likelihood of anything new coming out about people currently holding power and Epstein and continues to give the administration bargaining power over this convicted child sex offender.
Her attorney said she will now seek clemency from Trump and of course she will do anything she has to for it to be bestowed. Once the heat dies down, that is probably what will happen. She just has a few more years of yoga classes at Club Fed.
We do know who the Walled Lake sponsor (see prior post) of the Tennessee Boys’ Farm was: James Schindler. He testified against Bud Vermillion in exchange for immunity. Not a single Michigan newspaper reported on his testimony, nor identified him as a Farm sponsor, for that matter.

The kind of documents you would expect to see if an agency was doing even a half-assed job of investigating an organized pedophile/CSAM operation. Paperclips–see E. Jean Carroll. If you aren’t paying attention to what they are doing, especially in Chicago, stop reading this right now and take a look at filmed footage taken by civilians of what they are doing to human beings, including children. And no complaining about the 14th Amendment, especially when this agency is violating the Constitution on the hour.
I’m not enjoying the chaos-fest. I am sickened by it. It is an overlay to the shell game of the OCCK investigation and there are parallels.
I’ve written a number of times about the documents pictured above. They are from a FOIA response from the Michigan State Police concerning the late wealthy pedophile Francis (Frank) Shelden and his pedophile island–N. Fox Island. Here they are again:
In January 1977, after two Oakland County kids were abducted, held captive for days, murdered and their bodies displayed on roadsides and while a third was still in captivity after being abducted just after the New Year, the Tennessee Bureau of Criminal Identification asked for the MSP’s help in interviewing four men from the Detroit area who were linked to the investigation into Rev. Claudius I. Vermilye’s “boys farm.” It was no farm–it was a rape and CSAM factory, as was N. Fox Island.
I repost these documents because one would think that the investigations into Jeffrey Epstein’s operation would have yielded something similar but on an immensely larger and massive scale. After all, there are documents from the 2005 Palm Beach PD investigation; the subsequent FBI investigation/interference in 2007; and the renewed federal investigation in New York in 2019 after the Miami Herald published an exposé on the 2008 plea deal brokered by US Attorney (S.D. FL) Alex Acosta.
Indeed, the cache is said to include:
Over 300 gigabytes of data and physical evidence.
Evidence from multiple devices, including 40 computers, 26 storage drives, and numerous CDs and recording devices.
Physical evidence such as photographs, travel logs, and logbooks for Epstein’s private island.
All four of the men mentioned in the MSP files were of course simply shocked that the Boys Farm was anything other than a place to take care of boys who needed another chance. They were just philanthropic-minded men, paying a few bucks to a charitable organization that needed help.
I’ll say it again: One was an elementary school principal who had “worked with kids for 30 years,” 17 of them as a principal. He explained that after he made his donations to “the farm,” he received some photos of young boys “indicative of relations,” four or five separate times, but he threw them away. He did not report this to authorities, but by god he threw them out. And he continued to donate.
The next guy claimed to have made small donations, but received nothing in return. An employee of the Wayne County Department of Social Services, the single man was “presently a foster parent to a male child.” In the red flag department, this flag is right at the top of the heap.
Man #3 was single, made a few donations and actually visited the farm which “appeared normal.” Just a road trip to a boys farm instead of, say, Ft. Lauderdale.
Man #4, an officer at a Walled Lake, Michigan company, made numerous donations to the farm and was also a visitor. Another Detroiter who just decided to visit the Tennessee Boys Farm to see what was up.
This was a parallel investigation to the investigation into Frank Shelden and his Ghislaine Maxwell–Gerald Richards. Much of the limited investigation had taken place just prior to my brother’s abduction on March 16, 1977.
N. Fox may have shut down operations after the arrest of Gerald Richards in Port Huron, but kids were still getting abducted and murdered in Oakland County. Nothing in the files I’ve seen shows any serious attempt to link up or rule out the N. Fox/Shelden/Richards players. It’s literally unbelievable, until you think about the men who were clients of N. Fox and pedophiles who could afford to live in Bloomfield Village and surrounding areas. They were being protected, just as the men who “hung out” with Jeffrey Epstein are being protected today. This has to stop.
The Epstein case cannot be allowed to swallow up and protect all of the predators like the N. Fox Island and OCCK cases did. Epstein’s operations were in many ways built on the shoulders of monsters like Frank Shelden. Redact the victims’ names and let the powerful fight in court over their privacy concerns. Put the burden on them. They can afford it.
The most striking part is that this isn’t even a FOIA battle. The files are an issue because they were a campaign promise by people who think you are stupid, followed by Elon Musk’s tweets this summer stating that the president is in the Epstein files, followed by the release of the “Birthday Book” by Epstein’s estate. You can’t make this shit up–it’s as ridiculous as the tall tales those four Detroit-area men told MSP detectives in January 1977 about their charitable donations to an underage rape farm.
The late Virginia Roberts Guiffre’s book, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice is set for release on October 21, 2025. Eventually Mike Johnson will have to swear in Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva, a Democrat from Arizona. Then there’s going to be a vote in the House to release the Epstein files. Redact the victims’ names and let the chips fall where they may. It’s the natural consequence of–gasp–a campaign promise.
The case of the Epstein files isn’t going anywhere, nor should it. More House members should meet with survivors of Epstein and Maxwell, and soon. They need protection from intimidation, physical harm and bogus defamation lawsuits. A report should be made to the public. Transparency is the key to preventing future Sheldens/Richards/Epsteins/Maxwells. Do something constructive for once.
And I don’t have to remind readers of this blog that pedophilia and CSAM can escalate to murder or “disappearing.” Shine a light on this shit, because it’s going to hit the fan in the Epstein files case, one way or the other. It’s not 1977, old boys.
