Roblox is an online game platform and game creation system developed by Roblox Corporation that allows users to program and play games created by themselves or other users. Described as the “ultimate virtual universe that lets you create, share experiences with friends, and be anything you can imagine,” it also platforms child predators and is now facing increased scrutiny and lawsuits.
This company is facilitating child endangerment, pedophilia and evil, and will not even acknowledge it is happening. The big boys at Roblox use a bunch of b.s. word salad to pretend they have safeguards.
The Florida Attorney General is not satisfied with these amorphous explanations and has issued criminal subpoenas against Roblox to investigate whether or not they are aiding predators in accessing and harming kids. Roblox said it is cooperating with the investigation and that it has advanced safety systems to protect users and remove bad actors.
The Louisiana Attorney General has also taken action against the company. The online game has been banned in the county of Iraq, citing concerns that the platform enables direct user communication exposing children and adolescents to potential exploitation or cyber-extortion, and saying its content was “incompatible with social values and traditions.”
The state AGs won’t believe their bullshit excuses and explanations, but for now Roblox continues to rake in money and freely facilitate great harm to children and adolescents.
Dirty bastards.
