Co-founder of popular Charlotte, North Carolina brewery arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl

Justin Tawse Brigham, 44, co-owner of Sycamore Brewing, is being held in North Carolina county jail under a $10 million bond.  The alleged facts are shocking.
