  1. Ugh. I heard about this earlier today. Yuck. He was a partner at Miller Canfield in 2018. Or the equivalent of a partner. Whatever MC calls their attorneys when they get a step up from associate.

All the attorneys I’ve learned about who are predators, all the shady things at the DOJ— to quote one of my law school classmates—“I want a refund on my law school tuition.”

    1. When it’s an attorney defendant I always wonder who they are billing for their time while they watch this sick shit on their computers. Although I have not lived in Michigan for many decades (almost five), I am always so curious about whom these types (more monied sex criminals) retain as counsel. There appears to be a real subspecialty in criminal defense for those accused of sex crimes in Michigan. The language used in some of their websites is borderline grotesque. I’m sure I have mentioned an old friend who was an unbelievable criminal defense attorney–like nationwide recognition for some of his representation. He started out in the public defender’s office. When he went to private practice soon after he had a son, he said the only people he wouldn’t represent were those who injure or kill kids. Everyone is entitled to a defense and of course the more well-to-do are entitled to a better defense most times, but imagine having sex crimes against kids or CSAM users/distributors/creators as the bulk of your income.

  2. Ms. Broad: I know this is off topic. You let the public know about how H. Lee’s house was checked in the ducting(not that the FBI or MSP ever did anything with the evidence). Arch Sloan’s car he kept at the Packard plant had a hair in it that at the very least- the mitochondrial DNA matches.

To your knowledge have any other vehicles or locations been given the same treatment ? Any of Busch’s cars, any of Lamborgine’s, Moore’s, or … ? Were there campers or motorhomes ? What about that place in upstate Michigan that Busch was reported to have a kid at ? The socalled “Busch Family Dacha”. Did they do that on the Fox Island or any of the Shelden properties or any related to Gerald Richards ?

If the answer is to read Delayed Karma’s book- I’ve been meaning to.

Thank you for your time. I really appreciate any response. If you prefer email that is fine.

    1. Sorry, this comment went to my spam folder which I let get way too full before I check it. The hair evidence from Sloan’s car is down to one random hair–and not the one that matches anything. No, I am not aware that Sloan’s camper was ever searched for evidence. Just the Bonneville. The Busch cottage at Ess Lake, which police knew all about in view of the information provided by Vince Gunnels and through a tip called in by “Suzy” at the A-frame store near that cottage the week Tim was missing (and never acted on until after Tim’s body was found–thanks for nothing, Junior Brandenburg). When cops started poking around this cottage after Chris Busch’s name was back on the radar in 2007, the then owners decided it was time to tear down the cottage after some alleged incident with a tree branch on the roof. They never searched it. Which is no surprise because the more you look at the case, there is an inescapable conclusion that it was H. Lee Busch who was being protected, not just his bad boy son. And H. Lee was probably just the tip of the iceberg that was being protected. N. Fox Island was never searched. Gerald Richards, the sole participant in the N. Fox Island criminality to be hit up by law enforcement, was never adequately interrogated, let alone any of his properties/businesses searched. His “naturopathic” office is credibly described as the site of child sexual abuse and murder. That little bitch knew what would happen to him if he said too much. Just enough to get out of prison in less than two years. Does anyone wonder why N. Fox was never even mentioned, let alone thoroughly investigated, while the OCCK case–with its obvious parallels or possible important connections–was making every preadolescent kid in Oakland County a possible victim for these sick fucks?

So, no–no real searches, no real evidentiary examination, save for what managed to survive in theory (albeit degraded) a corrupted chain of custody in this case.

    1. Yes, quite the update to this story. Nice to be able to watch the arraignment as well. He is currently on probation and in court in Grosse Pointe Farms for OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND (1025-2).

His assault and battery was dismissed, and open intoxicants in the car was dismissed.

      1. Unbelievable. You can trace the man’s descent through his legal issues, and it was assisted by the system going easy on him. Being a white attorney put him in a different category until he blew up his life with CSAM. No wonder he is having heart issues.

        1. Growing up in Grosse Pointe, he probably figured he could get away with anything. Ironic that Kym Worthy had to bring charges against a fellow law school graduate from the University of Notre Dame.

  3. The article linked was pertaining to an auto accident where the negligent driver didn’t stop.
