A reader sent me an image of a document from Shelden’s “vault.” Like the reader, I had never seen this document before. In fact, like the reader, I don’t recall reading sections 3 and 4.
But check this out and prepare to be pissed off:

I’m not a seasoned expert on reading FBI correspondence but, I wasn’t born yesterday either. I’ve never read opinionated FBI stuff like what’s in this letter. The 80s FBI and MSP were totally different than the 70s vibe.
They didn’t just drop the ball, they spiked it as hard and fast as they could to distance themselves.
