Interesting that the Dateline episode aired last night, on the 47th anniversary of my brother’s murder–March 22, 1977.

  1. I put out corn for Tim. What I go back to is the 1970s film. “The Town That Dreaded Sun Down.” It is not fiction. The film was released in the year 1976. In 1946, The Phantom was a masked killer who ran around rural Texarkana shooting couples. Many of them died. The killer was never apprehended. However, every year , the town shows the film and the police ask the public for help. If he were still alive , the killer would be in his 90s. Compare that reaction to MSP and county offices here.
