May 8, 1978

Just out of curiosity, I looked at Google Maps to see the direction of the basement garage entrance to the Busch home (now known as 3320 Morningview Terrace):

When viewing a map of this neighborhood, it is impossible not to take in the location of the two homes owned by the Hastings family, John Hastings living alone in one of them (200 Tuckahoe Road).

  1. I don’t find it surprising at all. These days I’m shocked at how naive I was only a few years ago, when I believed that most cops were good and that everything that sounded farfetched was a some kind of conspiracy theory.

Once I understood that people were the greatest illicit commodity, of the billions of dollars that is made off their backs…that they could be used again and again in whatever capacity…that they could be filmed and photographed so that they would continue to be valuable even after death…that’s when a lot of things became very clear and focused.

It’s tragic that there are so many conspiracy theories intermingled with legitimate information. Between that and the billions of dollars that are made exploiting children and the poor, many cases like OCCK will most likely never be solved.

  2. That is a great observation on the basement entrance of the home on the northwest side. All of the thoughts from the psychics seem to have some significance to someone.

Donigan: There was a Reverend Archie H. Donigan who was Pastor of the Clawson United Methodist Church and resided in Clawson. At one time he was with the United Methodist Church in Redford Township, and originally from the Flint area.

Knows Organist named Bill: John McKinney lived in Clawson and was a Pastor. Everyone who knew him a long time called him Bill. Not sure if he played piano or organ though. McKinney and Donigan both apply to the Spiritual, Priest, Father or Deacon involved leads as well.

Gripper clamps, or C-clamps as they are also known, are used in various industries and applications to hold objects securely in place. They are commonly used by professionals in fields like carpentry, welding, and auto body work. Could be used as a restraint.

Shrine: Shrine of the Little Flower Church, possibly where Jill was taken. Royal Oak Shrine High School is also a possibility.

Invited Tim to see Rocky: It was still being shown in 2 theatres. Did Tim ever mention wanting to see this movie, or had any interest in it? If so, could he possibly have discussed it with the Coffey family who knew McKinney?

    1. Just to add more information about Archie Donigan, one of his parishioners at the Clawson United Methodist Church was Richard J. Quick from Clawson. Quick has a file with the Boy Scouts of America where he was refused further registration due to inappropriate behavior with many troop members in 1978.

  3. here’s an observational inquiry:

what kind of car did Hastings own/drive… [when not being booted from LE]?

he was allegedly involved in some thing & by survivors was noted as sitting to the side with a ‘sketch-pad.’

who drew the pic of what could have been Mark Stebbins’ moments of violation w a foreign object on neighbour CBB’s wall…?

McK took a trip to Georgia before he died.
