Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Rob Baker, announcing an arrest in the 48-year-old murder of young mother Jeannette Ralston, age 24. Baker leads the cold case unit of this district attorney’s office.

Willie Eugene Sims, 69, was extradited from Ohio to San Jose and is being held without bail as he awaits trial in August.
