Every day, we see states and jurisdictions continuing to make Michigan/Oakland County look foolish.
Because the State of Michigan has used labs like Othram and Astrea in other cold cases, but not the OCCK case, the adjective that comes to mind for me is: CORRUPT. From top to bottom in this case.
