According to investigators, a woman was sitting inside her car at Waterford Oaks County Park when Teschler allegedly pulled up next to her in an SUV. Police say he got out of his SUV with his pants down, opened the woman’s car door and began fondling himself. This was early afternoon on Saturday in an Oakland County park. Police searched Teschler’s car and described finding zip ties and duct tape.

At the arraignment, Teschler’s attorney told the court his client has no prior criminal record, is married and with children, serves as a volunteer at St. John Lutheran Church and School in Fraser, and sits on the school board. It sometimes seems these factors are a get-out-of-jail free card. Too bad they don’t trump jacking off in public in someone’s face, with zip ties and duct tape at the ready.

Every day you hear about some bozo exposing himself and or trying to fondle someone. Are these guys just so stupid they don’t think they’ll get caught? Heaven help us. The judges need to place at least $750K personal bond-less likely to get out.
And let’s not forget, whether or not you believe Chris Busch was involved in the OCCK crimes, he was a 4-time convicted pedophile (no jail time, of course because of Daddy Warbucks) who got his start whipping his dick out in Birmingham parks (Pembroke and Poppleton). No big deal, right? “There’s nothing we can do about it.”

In the same Oakland County news feed, Jim Walsh age 59 was busted in Bloomfield Twp Michigan (rich people ville) for an almost identical case. He was also watching porn on his smart phone, contents not revealed. He only got 20 days in jail, with time served. He was facing two years.
