because the case is such a cluster fuck. You would really appreciate that if you could see the emails I get. Imagine what you would see if you got into the case files at the MSP.

A new investigation requires someone who loves to scour for detail in order to hunt through the mess in the files. Somebody who can keep some distance so they don’t get all balled up in the theories and nonsense.
I’d love to look at those case files. I might not learn who committed these crimes, or how and why they committed them, but I would almost certainly get a better idea of how the investigation itself was conducted back in 1976-77.
