“The word ‘contrasting’ doesn’t begin to describe the differences between the two investigations. You have one agency absolutely bending over backwards to say the least to solve an unidentified child’s murder versus the OCCK lead Agency MSP trying to prove they didn’t let the killers go with four known child victims who have four known surviving grieving families. Shameful and disgusting.”
