Detroit resident Joshua Charston Brown-Hill, 25, was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in the first degree of a 12-year-old girl in West Bloomfield.

I am glad they caught the guy and he has a $3 million bond with no 10%. Just wish they would go after the OCCK case with such gusto.
Imagine if they had gone after serial pedophile and Bloomfield Village resident Chris Busch?! But he was not a resident of Detroit and he was the right skin color. He TOLD police in January 1977 he used the Big Brother programs in Michigan (including Oakland County) to gain victims. No one EVER investigated this. No one went to these programs and asked to see the records of “Big Brother” Chris Busch. They fucking looked away. He was released on a negligible bond and later received probation in all four of the CSC cases he pleaded guilty. That’s why he was lounging around his parents’ Bloomfield Village pad on March 16, 1977.
