The Michigan State Police should put their college student partners at Western Michigan University, Michigan State University and/or Northern Michigan University to work on this most important cold case investigation issue:

Don’t waste the students’ time and money. Churning a paper file decades later with the outside hope of DNA testing that cannot be realized because no one will figure out how to partner with a third party lab or how to fund the testing does not advance justice.
