The Freedom of Information Act, with it’s noble goal and almost always flawed implementation, has played a critical role in the OCCK case, as I have described many times. The FOIA response in the OCCK case has revealed much more than the narrative of an investigation. As have the minimal FOIA responses in the N. Fox Island child sex ring case, the crazy files in the murder of Birmingham art gallery owner John McKinney in September 1978, and the request for records from the Birmingham PD investigation into suspect John Hastings.
One can’t help from uttering “what the fuck?!” when reading these documents.
The OCCK documents provided were redacted with complete ass-covering in mind, the legal exemptions and exceptions be damned.
Watch this video on Substack to learn details of how a complete political response to document release takes place, in a sex trafficking case that involved minors. Over 1,000 agents going through the Epstein files, to make sure the truth is obscured. Your tax dollars at work.

Survivors and victims always lose when the government gets the white-out ready. There even had to be discussions about protecting the survivors identities from political operatives. Protecting their identities should have been a given.
Watch this important discussion of what is going on in the Epstein case. If you aren’t on Substack, may I suggest you sign on?
Sunshine laws? Hardly. The impulse to ass-cover is almost impossible to overcome. There is never transparency when the suits participate in sex crimes.
Imagine all these survivors have been and are up against. But those that cavorted with Jeffrey Epstein are safe. For now.

FOIA would never found the Lost Polygraph from Georgia because the remains were already gone. The most important thing in Garry Gray’s career for him was Helen Dagner and whatever it took to shut her up and discredit her. He got very emotional over her like a little kid for god’s sake. So I believe he buried the polygraph and everything thing that goes with it. It would have been when Helen was still alive and it was simply that he didn’t want her to get the last word on anything. He knew she had cop connections out there that the word might have got to her someway so the only solution was to bury all of it! And hide it from Cory at the same time so he never knew about it either.
Amazing still can’t get info on John Hastings. What are they hiding
In my opinion, one of three things. One, that a petty, small-minded detective wasn’t going to be “bested” by a civilian like Helen Dagner. That door had to be closed immediately and permanently. Or two, that this man was way too close to Chris Busch for comfort, may well have knowledge of the child sex and CSAM rings operating in Oakland and Wayne County, and probably at a minimum has direct or indirect knowledge about the OCCK murders. Those are threads law enforcement is not willing to pull on in this “investigation.” That’s what happens when somebody cuts deals with “men” like Chris Busch.
Or three–both.
This is a great video. They are putting as many FBI agents on these Epstein files as they did when investigating the events on 9/11/2001.
And the lack of training and the lack of warning that the files contained CSAM–literally unbelievable. That’s 1,000-plus people out there who know just how fucked up this is and how the elites are always protected.
