Stillwater, Oklahoma is a mighty fine place to be a sex offender, and they start them young.

JESSE MACK BUTLER:

VIOLENT RAPIST, 150 hours of community service

This one is going to make your blood boil. I can’t do any better than this Substack article by JUSTINTHENICKOFCRIME:

https://substack.com/home/post/p-176500150

Please watch the embedded News Nation clip which is a little over five minutes. Here is another link if you can’t access the Substack page:

He was 17 at the time he committed these crimes and was initially charged as an adult. The judge changed his status to “youthful offender” meaning this hopeless piece of garbage is comfortably at home attending high school via Zoom and will never serve a day in prison, will not register as a sex criminal and will have his record wiped clean after he checks all the boxes on his pathetic “rehabilitation plan.”

Funny how white boy “athletes” are considered so youthful and boys-will-be-boys.

As a “youthful offender,” he evaded punishment on 10 counts — two counts of attempted rape, three counts of rape by instrumentation, one count of sexual battery, one count of forcible oral sodomy, two counts of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and one count of domestic assault and battery.

While his record will be wiped clean to the great shame of all associated with this case and the almost guaranteed victimization of other women in the future, the internet doesn’t forget this shit. Just ask the POS white boy Stanford swimmer Brock Turner. Fuck all of them and the judges who help enable and perpetuate these crimes with their insane “sentences.”

  1. Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, nothing will change unless this kind of stuff starts happening to the higher ups – judges, senators, congressman, etc – their loved ones. I hope this judge can sleep at night.

    1. So maybe dad will help write his personal statement college essay for admission to LSU and get him into some frat where he can really up his game.

      1. Actually my statement was incorrect. He is not currently at LSU. He went from Oklahoma State to LSU, and then back to Oklahoma State where he retired. Seems the family has much influence at Oklahoma State and the State of Oklahoma in general. His wife also works at Oklahoma State in the athletic program. The judge also has deep connections with that school. He is quite the salesman/conman if you listen to his interview which also includes his biography.

That he worked under former University of Michigan player Les Miles (Head Coach at both OSU and LSU) is interesting. Les Miles was a football player at U-M (1972-1975). and assistant coach (1980-1981 and 1987-1994). In 1995 Miles had a rift with the University of Michigan, forcing him to seek employment elsewhere. All his years with U-M are within the career years of the notorious Dr. Robert Anderson (1966-2003).

This story also reminds me of the Busch, Greene, Bennett arrest. There was a fourth man arrested with them who was the son of of a well respected Michigan High School football coach (Page 145 The Snow Killings).

  2. Cathy, You are a lawyer and I am a therapist. The youthful offender acts were designed for first time youthful offenders who did stupid stuff like joy riding or shop lifting. They were not designed for sex offenders or career criminals.

    1. They are ripping it up over at Substack and this guy does an amazing job focusing on plea deals and other “considerations” given sex offenders like this Butler monster.

Ellie Leonard is doing a fantastic job at Substack breaking down the Epstein case and the documentation that has been released so far.

If there is ever a break in the OCCK case or when the time is right to throw certain motherfuckers under the bus, that’s where I’m going to do it. Substack has an increasingly broad reach due to writing like the article you posted, G-Man. Dude dug deep. Fucking Stillwater, OK.

  3. White women vote for “restorative justice” judges and politicians who want to reduce the number of criminals n prison.

But then these same tarded white women cry when these judges give lenient sentences or slap on the wrists to certain offenders.

    Womp womp.

    1. If people are concerned about mass incarceration, look to drug crimes. “Drug courts” around the country have some successes and people are rehabilitated. You don’t hear about “pedophile” or “rapist” courts. My semi-educated guess would be that drug defendants have a much greater chance of rehabilitation than sex offenders.

Or look to financial crimes. Fine the living fuck out of those defendants and send them on their way. Another offense means the Big House and not a white collar prison camp. Make these shitheels sit down with the people they ripped off.

In cases of violent crime, “restorative justice” typically means the victims are asked to find “forgiveness.” That is not the job of the legal system. “Restorative justice” asks very little of such a defendant. Sex crimes like those perpetrated by Butler are about sickness, power and control. How he was handled by the legal system was about power and connection. Who his daddy is. Who the judge is. Who the DA is. How much of a revered athlete he was. He appears utterly incapable of “collaboratively addressing” the aftermath of his crimes, and I seriously doubt anyone had any intention of such a result when he was so sentenced. Collaborate with someone who strangles girls and rapes them with objects? The only person this system hopes to restore is this young man. I am probably not alone in believing his prognosis for reform is weak at best.

At the end of the day most voters, male or female, pay little attention to judges or even prosecutors on the ballot. They recognize the name (especially if it has become a family dynasty/name recognition deal), fill in the box and forget about it. Most people won’t get fucked over by a judge or prosecutor so they don’t give it a second thought. But if you do; if you get a corrupt POS or someone who doesn’t have their head on straight–good luck to you, defendant or victim.
