  1. I’m sure whatever Sloan had to say was meaningless and even if it was good information the MSP will find a way to make it disappear.

    1. It could have been meaningless and the MSP of years past wouldn’t have touched it, but I am assured that what Sloan said is being looked at by others outside of the MSP as well. My source was not a detective. I stand by my position that Sloan, who had every opportunity to tell police what he knew over the decades and stayed silent like a coward until hours before his dirt nap, was a POS his entire life. Maybe we can add snitch to his various “titles.”

    1. Nah. I don’t believe he killed him but pedophiles back them used to network with each other like a book club. So even though mtDNA is not really that strong as nuclear, there’s a good chance Sloan knew who the suspect or suspects are. I still point to the guy seen with Tim at Maple pharmacy and believe they were all taken somewhere to the Cass corridor before being murdered. This is why I think Lamborgine knows something as well.

  2. I told them it was him, I told them he stalked me for years till he was in jail. I was lucky to escape him. They wouldn’t listen. Though I don’t feel even with his death there is closure for the families of those killed, others like me who escaped and myself.

  3. Well, we’ll see where this goes. I suppose among other things, they were asking Sloan all the people he knew from the late 60s to late 70s. So by “new information”, I guess he must have divulged a name or two. Wonder if the gas station owner where he worked, Chuck McCracken is still around if detectives pay him another visit to joggle his mind. If this all comes to naught, do we wait until Ted Orr lies on his deathbed because I feel he knows who the suspect as well.

  4. This “new information” is probably just another ploy to keep those retired “special investigators” on the payroll while they do nothing on this open and inactive case. The ball is in their court to prove me wrong.

  5. I’m curious if Sloan knowing he was in his last hours requested to speak to law enforcement or if they came to him hoping for a last confession. Probably the latter. I don’t think Sloan would have given false info at the time of his death.
