So tell me why it takes MSP lab scientists four years to locate”the entire lab file regarding the OCCK physical evidence from the beginning of the investigation in 1976″? There was a state trooper who was assigned to these cases in 2005. Oh right–we’re not supposed to question the police, I forgot. So read these documents and see if you don’t have some questions.
