Why is it that a serial killer’s confession isn’t worth any thing to law enforcement? There shouldn’t be a “retracted confession” if already admitting to these crimes. This doesn’t make sense. As far as DeSalvo goes, I thought it was a foregone conclusion that the was the “Boston Strangler.”
