Thanks to a reader for forwarding this link.  You need to read this article, DATED AUGUST 31, 2019.

And while you are at it, read this, published today:

I wonder how N. Fox Island, Frank Shelden, the institutions he threw his money at and GM would have fared back in the day if the Internet was up and running and cell phones with photo and recording capability were available back in the 1970s.  We know the pedophile and child porn rings would have fared much better back then, but technology can be a double-edged sword.

Speaking of technology, I would love to take a photo of the facility where the MSP stores the evidence in the OCCK case–you know, the dirty blanket used to cover Mark’s body before his body was “processed,” Jill’s bike, Kris’ snow boots, Tim’s skateboard, and all of the MSP’s antiquated, undigitized files and photographs.  A picture is worth 1,000 words.  That photo would speak volumes.  It might say something like “Do not disturb.”

I hope they have a sign saying “Do not disturb” but I bet they don’t.

I agree Cathy…pictures like you are interested in should be allowed under the FIA, as we’re paper copies available to your dad. I agree because they have not been seen or analyzed due to revealing too much info about the insane and morally bankrupt pedophiles. I’ll never understand why pedophilia was ever legal, I’m sickened to be a member of this human race, regardless of what ancient Greeks, etc used to do. Kids are innocent, voiceless victims = why they are so abused, similar to pets, and = why kids should’ve always been protected by grownups to the nth degree.
I agree that technology is a double edged sword, but I tend to think it helps more than it hurts, but I could be nice(sp?).
Take care, it’s gotta be so hard for all involved relatives in this case to get up each morning and tryvto get thru another day. I will read the articles, sorry.

Did you do any research regarding this website before posting the link ?

Its hardly a reputable source. It’s mostly pizza gate conspiracy and pro Assad/Putin propaganda . In fact they didn’t even write the article, it was linked from , a site run by neo nazi Jeff Rense.

I added the second link to balance. The relevance is what this guy printed about Ito on 8/31, two weeks before the more mainstream media went there. The article clearly states it was written by Yoichi Shimatsu, Exclusive to Rense. The guy writes “[i]t’s a cold day in hell for me to find any agreement with The Daily Beast . . .” Read this article and compare/contrast to the Slate article I linked as well as the NYT and The New Yorker articles I link in the last post. I think readers can make up their own minds about Shimatsu’s article and allegations and consider what he has written without being a Neo-Nazi or Pizzagate believer. What do you think about what this man wrote, when he wrote it, and why M.I.T., Harvard and the NYT stayed silent until this weekend?

I honestly don’t know how you stop yourself from storming the evidence locker, commandeering all of the OCCK evidence and giving it to someone who would DO something with it!!! So frustrating for you and all involved and there is absolutely NO shame on the part of the relevant police forces/Prosecuters/etc on how badly this has been, and continues to be, handled. My jaw hit the floor when that tool proudly boasted that when he was 16, his father (one of the original investigators) gave him the job of going through the tips that were called in…WTF?!? Upon becoming a policeman himself, was then handed the OCCK cold case. Really sounds like all involved were taking this really seriously, right?

The more publicity this case can receive now, the better. There have been documentaries of varying quality, but has anyone approached “48 Hours”, “Nowhere To Hide” (P I Steve Rambam strikes me as a stand up, passionate guy who gives a crap about his clients) or any other programme with some clout? I really wish that the WDIV series would be picked up by a national station with high viewing figures.

I know you’ve probably tried everything but I’m grasping at straws, desperately wishing for some answers for you and the other families.

Wow, Bill Thomas is an amazing man for being able to to the balancing act between dealing with the crime ghouls and keeping the information on his sister’s case alive while putting pressure on the FBI. It’s so freakin’ depressing, rather than comforting, to learn that your family is not alone in being jerked around by authorities who seem unwilling to solve solve-able cases. There are so many people that would like to help, but don’t have the power or expertise to do so. Your following post about familial dna convinces me that this is the way forward. It is already used in the UK, but I understand there is a privacy issue over there with using dna samples sent to companies like Ancestry and other geneology companies. Erm…surely a line could be added to the privacy agreement giving law enforcement officials access. Personally, I won’t even have an Alexis in my home, let alone dream of giving my DNA to a private company, but if it was to be used strictly by law enforcement to check familial dna matches, I’d be happy to do it.

Like I said, if there is any sort of fundraising page or petition to get that dna in the OCCK privately tested, I’ll be right on it. But as you’re a lawyer, I’m assuming it’s not as simple as that….Lx
