These pages are from a book documenting the history of the Michigan State Police from its inception to 2002. It purports to be a “warts and all” documentation. Here are some passages I found relevant to an examination of MSP history and the treatment of the OCCK case compared to others handled by the MSP. See if you agree with that “warts and all” description:

I would refer to it as more of a swan song than a warts and all tale .
I wish it was a swan song. I wish another gaggle of geese would replace them.
So the maddening sentence is: IF THE HAIRS FROM NORBERG MATCH THOSE FOUND ON TIMOTHY KING…..Well????????
Norberg’s body was exhumed in 1999 and the copyright date is 2002. . . 3 years. . . Well?????
Thanks Cathy, I’ll have to study that MSP report document later next week.
