Police say a 40-year-old Michigan unsolved homicide case has been closed. The case was re-opened in 2022 after MSP partnered with Michigan State University’s School of Criminal Justice. The students and detectives reviewed the case and resubmitted evidence to MSP for forensic testing. I guess it can be done, after all.
