Hmmm-so MSP had to have help because they couldn’t/wouldn’t think to do it on their own.
I’m sure the MSP has plenty in their backlog to keep criminal justice students at MSU and WMU busy for the foreseeable future.
They solve cases when they wish to.
His name was in the original files. Geographical mapping showed he committed the crime in his areas of “safety.” This is not unique.
The same will be true of the OCCK. It’s a virtual certainty. He lived very close to the Stebbins disappearance location.
Is there someone that can be reached out to at MSU or Western to get them to look at OCCK? Of course, does it even matter if the MSP won’t cooperate anyway?
Sent my last response too soon. Has the OCCK info every been sent to Season of Justice? https://seasonofjustice.org/ That is who provided funding for the testing in this case. Would be hard for MSP to refuse if the testing was funded.
