Border Protection Officer Scott Rocky, busted by the FBI in a child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) case, was denied bond by a federal judge in Detroit who ruled yesterday that he will remain in jail pending his criminal case.
Rocky’s attorneys portrayed him as a charitable, trustworthy man who has been in uniform for 40 years and “engaging in food and clothing drives, soup kitchens, raising money…for children that have cancer and are in need of wigs.” According to an FBI agent’s affidavit, he also had some 4,000 files on his computer that “appear to depict real minor children between the ages of four and 10 years old engaged in sexually explicit conduct.”
Downer–I guess the border patrol is down one agent for their big, relentless crackdown.
