And more regarding James Rukkila. I need to inquire about what appear to be improper redactions on page one of this next set.

Michael McShan of Lansing, MI

Let’s hope the general population of Michael McShan’s new home learn the details of his crimes.

U.S. District Court Judge David Lawson sentenced McShan to 25 years after a jury found McShan guilty of child pornography, coercion and enticement of a minor, and obstruction of justice.

McShan’s attorney, David Burgess (son of Jane Burgess, attorney for to Chris Busch in 1977 and 1978), argued for a 15-year sentence.

Burgess noted his client has been in custody for more than two years, which allowed him “the appropriate time to not only properly reflect on his previous actions, but has allowed him to create the appropriate philosophy on how to conduct his life in the future to avoid this conduct from occurring again.”

Right. Says the guy whose parents took him to vacation at the Busch cottage at Ess Lake during the time his mother was representing him in numerous CSC with minor cases around the state of Michigan. These guys can be “cured,” right?

As one of my favorite people says, another grave to piss on:

Guess they didn’t have room in the obit for this pertinent info:

Looks like Tazelaar’s heart condition, the one his attorney said would prevent him from taking a polygraph in the OCCK case in 2007, didn’t slow him down too much for the next 15 years.

Rot in Hell.
